1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from 4x4Point’s website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18+ years old or supervised by a parent/guardian.

  • By purchasing, you confirm all provided information is accurate.

3. Orders & Pricing

3.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (subject to stock availability).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues). You will be notified via email.

3.2 Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are in AUD and may change due to external factors (freight, taxes, etc.).

  • Freight insurance is available upon request (additional charges apply).

3.3 Special Orders

  • Non-refundable once payment is processed.

  • Warranty applies upon delivery (see Section 6).

4. Shipping & Returns

4.1 Delivery

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • Inspect goods upon delivery: Report damages within 14 days (if insured).

4.2 Returns & Refunds

  • Wrong items: Reshipped if returned unopened and resalable.

  • Restocking fee: Up to 30% for unused returns (case-by-case basis).

  • Exclusions: Used, refurbished, or ex-demo items are sold “AS IS” (no returns/warranty).

5. Warranties

5.1 Manufacturer Warranty

  • 12 months for new parts (valid only in Australia for the original buyer).

  • Void if: Misused, tampered with, or improperly installed.

  • Proof of purchase required (tax invoice).

5.2 Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • Covered if reported within 14 days (return shipping at buyer’s expense).

5.3 Exclusions

  • No warranty covers:

    • Labor/transport costs for returns.

    • Parts not fitted by authorized repairers.

6. Privacy & Data Security

  • We do not sell or share personal data.

  • Data is stored securely but no online transmission is 100% secure.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by 4x4Point or licensors.

  • No commercial use without written permission.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Product Use: Buyers assume full responsibility for proper use.

  • Advice: Site content is general; not a substitute for professional advice.

  • Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for external sites’ content/practices.

As per Australian Consumer Law, our liability does not cover:

  • Losses beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, misuse of products).

We may update these T&C. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
