Disclaimer
Information on this site is provided for informational purposes only. All presented photos in the shop are sample photos and for informational purposes only. You should read all product information carefully before purchasing. If you visit or shop on this site you accept the conditions. If you are under the age of 18 you may not use this site, unless under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
While 4x4Point strives to maintain our integreity to the highest standards we regret that all the information, products and features on this site are subject to change without warning. If there is any uncertainty with the terms and conditions above, please contact 4x4Point before the completion of any purchase.
Purpose of goods
Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions as to use can be directed to 4x4Point via their contact details here.
Orders, Deliveries & Freight
We aim to process your order within 1 business day of receiving your order and the payment. We will send you an email when your order is processed or if there are any changes to your order that we wish to keep you informed of, in which case we will await your authorisation before processing the order. We cannot except responsibility of any orders that are recieved for products, that have become unavailable for any reason. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Cancellations for orders are only accepted prior to shipping.
Special Orders. Once the payment has been accepted for a Special Order, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled. Once the part arrives, it will be warranted by Seller under the regular terms of this Warranty, according to the Part type.
Privacy
We will value your privacy. 4x4point is dedicated to keeping all personal information secure. All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure physical security, computor and network security, communications security and personnel security is properly managed and maintained. We reserve the right to retain personal information for our data base unless specifically requested not to. We will NOT sell or exchange your personal information. We will NOT release personal information about you to anyone else.
Purchases & Pricing Policy
While 4x4Point strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, 4x4Point have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, 4x4Point may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
We aim to keep our prices competitive but please be aware that costs of freight, delivery, insurance and various expenses may be beyond our control and therefore are subject to change. Please ask for postage insurance if you wish any. Additional charges will apply.
Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
The Customer is responsible to inspect all goods received from 4x4Point upon arrival. In instances where goods have been damaged in transit and the Customer has asked for the postage insurance prior your purchase, the Customer must report this to 4x4Point within 14 days of receipt of the product.
In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, re-saleable condition.
All brand new parts are covered by 12 months Manufacturer Warranty.
While 4x4Point uses quality packaging and delivery services, we are not responsible for damage in transit that is deemed, at our discretion, to be beyond our control.
In some rare cases we can accept returns but only if the product has not been used and is in its original brand new condition and with the original packaging. In this case, we reserve the right to charge up to 30% restocking fee, depending on the product and price and whether the product was in stock or not.
Please refer to the product description on our listings as warranty terms differ from item to item.
Warranty is only valid within Australia and is not transferable beyond the original buyer.
Your tax invoice is required to be presented as proof of purchase of any item.
All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product will prevent a product being accepted for warranty.
Warranty commences from the Date of Purchase and applies only to the original item. Any replacement of goods does not extend or restart the warranty term.
Products which are not covered by a stated ‘Manufacturers Warranty’ are subject to the Dead on Arrival conditions below.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchasers are responsible for all return shipping & handling costs for any return, warranty or replacement item.
If an item needs to be returned for warranty, postage for both ways will be at the buyer’s expense.
Used, Refurbished, Remanufactured Goods and Ex-Demo products are sold on an AS IS basis. No Warranty, Return, Refund or Replacement is available on these Items.
Note: All parts are to be fitted by an authorised repairer to confirm warranty. No allowance is made for the transportation and labour costs incurred in returning parts.
